how do you deal with people who steal your ideas and pass them off as their own? when this new idea has been approved and YOUR old idea shot down, they certainly claim credit for it dont they? why then, bother to work your ass off when your hard work would not be acknowledged?
Given instructions from higher authority, you obligingly fulfil your duty. Yet, despite the countless changes youve made to improve on your task, the chosen product is the initial one youve done. For what reason, i havent got a clue. Time and effort has purely gone to waste, but who are you to complain?
